Heart Screenings/Physicals

The Denton ISD Athletic Department in conjunction with the Cody Stephens Memorial Foundation-Go Big or Go Home are pleased to offer heart screenings for the students who need a physical to participate in extra-curricular activities (i.e. athletics, band, cheer, and drill team). Please take advantage of this opportunity and to register online. We will not turn anyone away who walks up without pre-registering, but it is preferred to reserve a time slot online first.
