PHYSICALS/RANKONE FORMS Since the UIL did not require a new physical last year, and there are possible effects of COVID on the heart and lungs, it is required that ALL athletes get a new physical for the 2021-2022 school year regardless of when they last had a physical.

Below is a list of some local clinics that offer cash pay physicals. Several of these clinics have a discounted rate until August and we encourage your kids to take advantage of this.
