Head Football Coach
In six years as Head Coach at Ryan, Coach Hen has helped lead the Raiders to five District Championships, five undefeated regular seasons, a class 5A State Championship appearance, a class 6A State Quarterfinal appearance, three class 5A State Semifinal appearances, a 70-5 record the last five years, and a 75-10 overall record. As Offensive Coordinator at Denton Ryan, he helped lead the Raiders to a State Championship in 2002 and a State runner-up in 2003. He was also the Head Coach at Grapevine for 5 years and Corsicana for 5 years.
Dave and his wife Laurie have three sons: Ian, Seth & Quin.
This will be Coach Teagle’s 2nd season at Ryan and his 15th year coaching overall. He previously coached at Coppell High for 2 years, Denton High for 5 years, and McMath Middle School for 6 years. Coach Teagle received his Bachelor’s from Alcorn State University where he played football. He received his Master’s form TWU.
Lonnie and his wife Tiffany have four children - David (12), Victorya (11), Lauryn (4), and Nayomi (2).
Aaron De La Torre
Coach De La Torre is beginning his 3rd season for his 14th year as a High School and College Coach. He attended and graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University. He was a four-year starter for the Lumberjacks as a defensive tackle. He also had a career in the NFL and NFL Europe. He began his coaching career in 2006 at Stephen F. Austin State University and then spent three seasons with the Denton Ryan Raiders from 2009-2011 before becoming the head coach at Irving HS (6 years).
He and his wife Lori, have three children Alex (Ryan coach also), Adyson, and Kolt.

Coach Gott is beginning his 4th year as a coach at Ryan.
He has 14 years of coaching experience. He started his coaching career in Keller ISD in 2006 and has also coached at Grapevine HS, Birdville HS, Myers MS and Strickland MS. Coach Gott attended Texas A&M University.
Jeff and his wife Katy have 2 children, Gracie & Graham.
Coach Burch is entering his 7th straight year on the staff and 9th year as a coach at Ryan. He attended college at the University of North Texas. He has a total of 30 years experience as a coach with stints at Garland High, Naaman Forest High, Whitehouse High, Ryan High, Corsicana High & Grapevine High.
Kyle is married to Lisa and has 2 children: Tanner & Toby.
Coach Collins played for and graduated from Ryan High. He played football at Abilene Christian University and then spent the next 5 years on their coaching staff. This is Sam's 7th year as a member of the Ryan coaching staff.
Sam and his wife Casey have 2 children, Emma and Noah.
Coach Montgomery is beginning his 16th year as a coach at Ryan. He also coached previously at Canton High for 5 years & Princeton High for 4 years. He attended Austin College.
Shane and his wife Melissa have 2 children: Payton & Lucas.
Coach Bull is in his 7th year on the coaching staff at Ryan High. He has 21 years experience as a football coach. Coach Bull attended Oklahoma State University.
Jordan and his wife Christy have 2 children: Kadyn & Rylan.
Coach Bowman is beginning his 5th year as a coach at Ryan. He is entering his 18th year of Teaching, and 12th year Coaching. He had previous coaching stops in Prosper, Frisco, and in Garland. Billy attended college at East Central University were he played Football & Baseball.
Coach Bowman is married to Keeley and they have two children, Billy and Baylee.
Coach Lokey coaches Wide Receivers for the Raiders. A graduate of Ryan High School, he attended Stephen F. Austin State University where he played receiver, safety and returned punts for the Lumberjacks for two seasons. He continued his academics and graduated from The University of North Texas with a degree in Kinesiology. Coach Lokey began his coaching career in Krum ISD where he coached wide receivers and cornerbacks. He then coached wide receivers at Denton Braswell High School for the past 4 years. Coach Lokey and his wife Paige live in the Aubrey community with their two daughters Hattie and Sutton.
Coach Lokey is beginning his 5th year as a coach at Ryan.
Coach Lokey is a former Ryan Raider football player. He played one season at Stephen F. Austin before transferring to Texas A&M University-Commerce where he graduated in 2012. He started his coaching career in the Bryan/College Station area in 2013. Coach Lokey had spent the prior two years teaching and coaching at Bettye Myers Middle School.
He and his wife, Libby, reside in Denton.
Coach Galyon is in his 6th straight year on the Ryan coaching staff. This is his 17th year overall coaching football. He also coached at North Crowley and Coppell.
Pat and his wife Emily have two girls: Reyna and Bodie
This will be Coach Newberry's second year on the Ryan staff. Before beginning his coaching career, Coach Newberry played and graduated Ryan High in 2004, winning 2 state titles. Coach Newberry went on to play at the University of Hawaii earning first team All WAC defensive back and first team all academic from 2006-2008.
Alex De La Torre
Coach De La Torre played for & graduated from Ryan High. He played football at the University of Texas from 2012-2015, where he lettered for 4 years. Coach De La Torre coached at Strickland Middle School for 3 years before joining the Ryan staff last year.
Coach Head has coached at Ryan High 16 years and has 19 years of coaching experience. He is also the boys' head track coach. Coach Head attended Texas Tech University.
Janson and his wife Stacy have 4 children: Kelsey, Kailyn, Kyleigh and Kambree.
Coach Leidner is in his 9th season as a trainer at Ryan High. He spent 1 year prior as the Head Athletic Trainer at Whitesboro High. Coach Leidner attended Hardin-Simmons University. He then received his Masters of Athletic Training from Texas Tech University.
Ronnie and his wife Christen have two daughters , Rhyan and Gentry and one son, Griffin.
Starting his 3rd year at Ryan on staff and 5th year overall as Athletic Trainer at Ryan. He spent 1 year at Colleyville Heritage HS as AT. Graduated from Illinois State with bachelors in Exercise Science and Athletic Training and Masters from Southeastern Louisana University with Health Promotion.
His wife is Kim and sons Kyren, Javien, Mitchell, and daughters Xiaya and Nyiah
