Physicals for this upcoming year will not be held on campus. Instead, we are encouraging kids to either see their Pediatrician or an Urgent Care clinic. I’ve attached is a list of local cash pay clinics that will do an Athletic physical. Please remember, incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th graders need a new physical for the upcoming year. I’ve also attached the current required UIL Physical and Medical History forms.
